We are seeking a creative and driven Content & Marketing Assistant to support the development department’s content creation and digital storytelling efforts on our Rhinebeck campus. This position plays a key role in bringing our brand to life through authentic, engaging content. You’ll gain real-world marketing experience while contributing to meaningful storytelling that connects with our audience.
This is a seasonal, part-time position running from June 22-August 21 with a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule may include some weekends or evenings to capture certain camp events. Applicants must be able to work in-person on our Rhinebeck, NY campus.

Responsibilities:
- Capture and produce behind-the-scenes content for social media and marketing initiatives
- Assist in organizing and managing digital content libraries (photo, video, and graphics)
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for content prior to publishing or distribution
- Collaborate with team members on creative concepts and storytelling
- Assist with general marketing and development projects as needed
Required skills, knowledge, and abilities:
- Currently pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or related field
- Strong creative eye for content creation, photography, and video
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with smartphone photography and mobile editing tools
- Monitor trending audio, formats, and cultural moments to inform content strategy
- Experience with Canva
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices
