We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security professional to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
• Investigate and report any suspicious activity or incidents
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures
• Assist with guest requests and inquiries
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
