Duties

- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics and protect surfaces.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues with machinery and equipment effectively.
