Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and protect surfaces.
- Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Supervise or assist with small-scale projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all work activities.
- Support facilities maintenance efforts by inspecting building systems, identifying potential problems early, and executing preventive measures.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from hotel guests.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
