We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces are kept clean and organized.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to meet guest expectations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
