Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machine Operator at our new Lubbock location. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, performing quality control checks, and ensuring efficient milling and machining processes. The operator will work closely with the fabrication and welding teams to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation, setup and Machining
- Skills in Quality Control procedures and practices
- Proficiency in Milling, Machinery, and related equipment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED; CAD/CAM experience and understanding GCode is a plus
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or Oil & Gas industry is beneficial
