Key Responsibilities for the Event Marketing Assistant:
- Event Marketing Assistants engage with customers at retail events to promote products and drive sales.
- Work hands-on during the planning and execution of each retail event.
- Enhance brand awareness and visibility for our retail clients through strategic promotions.
- Participate in training sessions to understand client needs, products, and company processes.
- Maintain accurate records of event activities and sales metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across departments to ensure event success.
- After initial training, assist in leading team members to achieve promotional event objectives.
- Event Marketing Assistants shadow management personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of retail strategies and customer engagement.
