We are Ram’s Village Apartments, a student-oriented apartment community located near CSU in central Fort Collins, and the Collegian’s winner of the Best of CSU Off-Campus Apartments 15 years in a row!
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with:
- Supervising a team involved with the daily operations of a larger-sized multi-family community.
- Accounting tasks such as processing payables (vendor invoices), receivables (payment processing, bank deposits) and reporting.
- Leasing and marketing activities including development of leasing strategies, knowledge of competitors and market, oversight of marketing budget, event planning, content creation for advertising, and maintaining the flow of the leasing process.
- Providing professional customer service including effective communications with residents and parents, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and enforcement of lease policies.
- Assisting the maintenance team with inspections, collecting bids and contracts, daily upkeep of the property, and coordinating the preparation for two annual turn periods (unique to student housing).
- Working with Entrata, Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel required) and Google Docs
- Demonstrating the ability and desire to work with a team, to engage in creative problem solving, and to communicate effectively with upper management.
The position is full-time, salaried, hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours required for special events and during critical work periods for the property.
Starting salary will range from $75,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience plus leasing commissions and potential for a yearly bonus and yearly raise. Compensation also includes paid time off (vacation and sick leave, 8 paid holidays annually, and a Winter Break between Christmas and New Year’s Day) and a 401k plan with matching employer contributions (up to 5% matching).
