Mitigation Services Technician:

We are looking for mitigation services technicians to join our team, multiple positions available. We provide top level pay with great performance incentives. Steady work schedules with on-call rotation for after-hours calls.

All candidates must meet these minimum requirements to be considered:
- Must be able to pass background check (no felonies)
- Must possess clean driving record
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after hours emergency service calls
- Ability to perform demolition work
- Ability to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics)
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as part of on call rotation
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to read/write and speak English
- Ability to attend training classes and pass written examinations
Preferred candidates will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of water and fire damage restoration best practices
- Ability to learn multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Fluent in Spanish
- OR Military Experience
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Follow appointments as scheduled by office staff
- Taking detailed photos and 3D scans of property
- Creating detailed drying reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
