What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and documentation protocols
Act as a mentor and resource to nurses and CNAs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care
Oversee shift transitions, address urgent concerns, and maintain staffing coverage
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in New Jersey (Required)
Minimum 1 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience, preferably in LTC
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and state/federal regulations
