This is a corporate-level leadership role responsible for building structure, driving cost control, and standardizing purchasing systems across multiple buildings. The ideal candidate understands the SNF environment and knows how to balance cost efficiency with clinical and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing operations across all facilities
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and pricing agreements
- Standardize ordering systems and controls across buildings
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste and unnecessary spend
- Collaborate with Administrators, Dietary, Maintenance, and Nursing leadership
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Prior multi-facility purchasing experience preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
