Director of Marketing

We're hiring a Marketing Director for a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Richfield, Ohio area. This is a hands-on Marketing Director role for someone who already knows this market — who has walked the discharge planning offices, sat with case managers, and knows what it takes to keep referrals coming in week after week. If you've been a Marketing Director in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and you're ready for a building that will actually back you up, this is worth a conversation.

The right Marketing Director here is out in the community, not behind a desk. You'll own the referral relationships, work directly with the Administrator and clinical team on admissions decisions, and have real say in how this building is positioned in the market. Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is required — this isn't a role where you can learn the SNF world on the job.

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners

• Drive census and manage the referral pipeline from inquiry through admission

• Partner with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and admissions team on clinical review and admission decisions

• Represent the facility at community events, hospital rounds, and professional networking opportunities

• Track referral sources, conversion, and market trends to guide outreach strategy

• Prior marketing, business development, or admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting — required

• Established relationships with hospitals and referral sources in the Northeast Ohio market strongly preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily community outreach

• $95,000 – $100,000 annually
