Depending on the deal flow at the time of the internship, the intern could expect to work on some or all the following tasks.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to property performance, occupancy rates, rental trends, and market comparables.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across multifamily, mixed-use, and grocery-anchored assets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support acquisitions and leasing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, rent roll analysis, and NOI projections.
- Support the team in identifying trends and opportunities within target markets.
- Present findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to internal stakeholders.

- Completed bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, real estate, economics, statistics, business analytics, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Enrolled in master’s program preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in or exposure to the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in-office setting.
