Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Powder Springs, GA. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a multi-family property, ensuring the property is well-maintained and running efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing the property’s financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving resident concerns, and maintaining high occupancy levels. The Property Manager will also oversee leasing efforts and ensure superior customer service is provided to residents and prospects.
