Must live within a 70 mile radius of Chesapeake, VA
CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Home weekends
- Dedicated Customer
- Touch Freight; Rota Cart Unload; Rollers and Racks
- Average weekly pay: $1800; $.90cpm
- Average 1000 miles weekly
- Stop pay: $20; Short Haul pay: $40 for loads under 51 miles
CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements:
- 6 months experience of verifiable recent tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months; or 12 months in the past 5 years
- 3 months exp will be considered if driver has only been with one carrier and has a clean MVR
- Local experience will be considered
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 2 years.
- No major moving violation in the past 12 months
- No more than 1 termination in the past 5 years and it can't be from your last employer
- Hair Follicle and Urine drug screen required
