RAM Marketing provides a diversified range of inbound marketing services. Our area of expertise is medical, commercial, and residential utility projects.
We are currently seeking one customer service representatives with expected hours of 30 hours per week. Our office is located in Nesconset, NY. with operating hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
As a Customer Service Representative your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will interact with our customers, company personnel, and various outside companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer care to each caller
- Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Recording customers’ information in the appropriate databases
- Proficiency with operating a computer and navigating Microsoft Windows
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer experience required
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required
