What You'll Do as a Client Account Associate:
- Connect with customers in person to show them AT&T's wireless and fiber service options
- Give clear, accurate info on products, pricing, and features so customers can choose with confidence
- Help customers through account setup and enrollment, start to finish
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism in every conversation
- Keep track of your customer interactions and daily activity
- Team up with your coworkers to hit shared goals
