Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Screw Machine Operator based in Broken Arrow, OK. The Screw Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Acme-Gridley and Wickman screw machines, ensuring products meet quality standards, and performing quality control checks. Other responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, troubleshooting machinery, using hand tools for adjustments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with screw machines
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Familiarity with Machinery and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment
- Skilled in the use of Hand Tools for adjustments, repairs, and maintenance
- Good Communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or heat exchanger industry is a plus
