The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for reviewing projects to ensure compliance with Ram Jack standards, engineering specifications, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and multi-family remedial foundation repair jobs prior to installation.
- Verify work aligns with engineering drawings, job specifications, and company standards.
- Document finding with photos, reports, and corrective action recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and Production teams to ensure job quality aligns with customer commitments.
- Track trends and identify recurring quality issues to recommend process improvements.
- Experience in construction, structural repair, or related field (foundation repair)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills; able to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on occasion
- Detail-orientated, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional, customer focused demeanor.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel tools for reporting and documentation.
- CAD experience preferred
- Team player with the ability to lead by example
- Starting salary is $50,000 for entry-level candidates, with higher compensation considered based on experience.
