What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Ram Jack?

- Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
- Water Management (Sump Pumps, GEO Systems, etc.)
- Showing up on time
- Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Digging, backfilling, installing material
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather
- Workers must be punctual and reliable
- Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required
- Starting salary dependent on prior experience.
- Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
- 90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
