The Scaffolding Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse. This position requires a team‑first mindset and a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks with a “no job is too small or too big” attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including processing incoming shipments, organizing materials, and accurately pulling and preparing customer orders. You will work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the task at hand.
The Scaffolding Warehouse Associate is also responsible for organizing, inspecting, and maintaining scaffolding and suspended scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe, compliant, and ready for use before being returned to service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential, and all warehouse employees are expected to follow safety procedures and proactively address potential hazards to prevent injuries.
Shift: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday 7:00 am – 11:00 am)

- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and organization of all scaffolding and suspended scaffolding in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Maintain scaffolding inventory in a clean, organized, and accessible manner
- Pull, stage, and prepare scaffolding and suspended scaffolding orders for job sites accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload customer and company vehicles safely using proper material‑handling techniques
- Sort, return, and store equipment in designated warehouse locations
- Support general warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as directed
- Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and guidelines
- Identify potential hazards and take appropriate corrective action to prevent injury or damage
- Communicate clearly, efficiently, and respectfully with customers, drivers, and fellow employees
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with a diverse group of coworkers and customers
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable performing physical labor, including the ability to lift 80–150 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
- General mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 2–5 years of experience working with scaffolding and/or suspended scaffolding
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift / Hi‑Lo certification and experience preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
