MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) or 1 - 2 years related work experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine requirements,

• Inspect, test, or measure manufactured or final level products for conformance to all requirements

• Document rejected product per RAM internal specification(s).
• Perform first article (first piece) buy-offs throughout the assembly process
• Prepare AS9102 first article reports when required
• Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities inspected.
• GD&T interpretation of drawings
• Ensure measuring equipment is working properly prior to acceptance of product
• Prepare products for further processing, shipping, or packaging and transport of products to other

• Use numerous types of precision handheld inspection tools and instruments
• Maintain accurate documentation, must be proficient in operation of a computer and using Microsoft word, excel, and outlook and ability to stay organized
• Ability to multi-task with limited supervision and ability to handle frequent interruptions
• Good communication skills while interfacing with other departments and individuals
• Ability to maintain quality requirements while remaining efficient
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/ AS9100, statistical process and KAIZAN.
