Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender at Ralph's Listening Room LLC, located in Tuscaloosa, AL. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Other daily tasks include maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and collaborating with team members to guarantee an excellent customer experience. The Bartender will also contribute to creating a memorable experience for clients by aligning with the venue's unique fusion of music and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and engaging experience
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage practices to deliver high-quality drink preparation and presentation
- Proficiency in Cash Handling to accurately process payments and maintain records
- Experience in Bartending, including mixing cocktails and knowledge of drink recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs
- Knowledge of audio equipment, music genres, and cocktail pairings is a plus
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in compliance with local regulations
