What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Team Member - 3rd Shift position at Ralph S. Alberts Company, Inc.?
We’re hiring a Production Team Member to join our third-shift manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive crew creating and finishing custom foam components that go into exciting projects across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do
- Operate hand and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare, clean, and maintain molds for daily production
- Inspect and assemble products to ensure high-quality standards
- Jump in where needed to help keep production running smoothly
- Cross-train in other departments for variety and growth
- Work closely with your teammates to meet production goals
- Log and track your work using production software
What We’re Looking For
- Able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven required for fit)
- Comfortable using both power and manual tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Reliable, flexible, and open to overtime when needed
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Eager to learn and grow your skills
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Schedule: 4-day work week
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate 15% shift premium
(All new hires complete 1–2 weeks of first-shift training before moving to third shift.)
