Job Summary
The primary function of the Value Added Service Lead at Ralph Moyle, Inc. is the organization and monitoring of employees to complete a Kitting project for customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a 2nd shift role with shifts from 3-11, M-F. The crew will be roughly 10-12 employees. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Practices safety methods in the operation of equipment and performance of duties
- Assigns seasonal employees to different jobs based on employee’s ability and production needs
- Maintains accurate record of employee hours and total production
- Taking attendance of seasonal employees
- Making sure product for daily production is staged and ready
- Confirming that quotas are met.
- Approving time off and PTO Requests.
- Ensuring products are built to Spec.
- Put away finished product.
- Weekly inspection of Machinery.
- Update Visualization boards daily.
- Maintain 5S standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Comprehend and following oral and written instructions in English
- 1-2 years of Leadership or Management Experience
- Ability to learn and operate our current Warehouse Management System
- Safely maneuver a forklift in and out of racks and carrying up to two pallets at time through the warehouse or in/out of trailers
- Drive a stand-up forklift
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be organized
