Duties
- Actively engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and dealership.
- Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Upsell additional products, services, or warranties to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, public speaking, and professional communication during all interactions with clients and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads diligently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used in dealership environments.
- Outstanding customer service skills combined with effective outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and telemarketing.
