The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our dispensary and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.Track inventory levels, order new products, and manage stock to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock.Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring products meet our standards.Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.Organize and store inventory in a neat and orderly manner, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly labeled.Use inventory management software to record and track all inventory transactions.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.Prepare and submit inventory reports to management regularly.Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits as required by regulatory agencies.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
