Napoleon House is looking for passionate, focused and efficient banquet cook to join our talented culinary team. Banquet Cooks are responsible for preparing and finishing all hot and cold foods for private dining events. You will execute plated and buffet style events. You will also be accountable for cleanliness, as well as food and equipment safety knowledge that meets Napoleon House company standards
Qualifications:
- 1 year of related experience or a culinary degree
- High volume restaurant experience a plus
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Maintain positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes
