Quality Control Associate

The Quality Controller operates within a small team to ensure the highest standards of product quality are maintained throughout the production process. Reporting to both the Production Manager and Quality Manager, this role involves overseeing quality across departments, inspecting finished goods, managing packaging and shipment preparation, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality standards performed by other departments
• Inspect finished goods for print quality and proper application of adhesives
• Package finished products and ensure compliance with packaging standards
• Prepare and box items for shipment
• Receive goods from customers and verify accuracy
• Invoice and process shipments efficiently
• Operate equipment such as a pallet jack safely in the production environment
• Order necessary products and supplies to maintain production flow
