Responsibilities for this position include:
- Act as a liaison between dealership and customers/vendors.
- Direct the flow of incoming patrons and phone calls to the dealership in a friendly and courteous way, while ensuring the use of the correct greeting and etiquette as determined by management.
- Supporting the sales management and sales staff.
- Directing customers to sales representatives and check in appointments. Input notes into the CRM system.
- Compiling data and developing detailed spreadsheets.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations.
- Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

PAY RATE: $27 Per Hour
- Previous reception/administrative assistant experience, automotive reception experience preferred.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, highly organized.
- Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
- Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.
