Looking for a fun, active summer job working with kids?
Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring energetic Summer Camp Coaches and Camp Counselors for our youth baseball and softball camps in Brooklyn. This is a paid seasonal position working with campers ages 4–13 in a positive, team-focused environment.
Whether you're a college student, student-athlete, teacher, coach, education major, recent graduate, or someone who enjoys working with children, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer outdoors while building leadership and coaching experience.
No professional coaching experience is required—we provide the training, curriculum, and equipment.

- July 13–17
- July 20–24
- July 27–31
- August 17–21 (Required)
- August 24-28
- Coach and mentor campers ages 4–13
- Lead baseball and softball drills, games, and skill-building activities
- Help create a safe, positive, and energetic camp environment
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Work alongside experienced coaches and camp leadership
- Assist with daily camp operations and camper supervision
