We are looking for a fearless and accountable Production Bakery Combination Team Member who is positive and passionate! Our Production Bakery Combination Team Members assist bakers and decorators in the production and packaging of bakery products and also performs tasks necessary to maintain the Production Bakery's current cleaning and sanitation standards. Qualified candidates will have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

The Production Bakery may be operational up to 7 days per week and workers may work day or night shifts depending upon production needs. Production Bakery Combination Workers are scheduled to work Night Shift 8 hours per day (12:00am to 8:30am), 5 days per week, which may include weekends.

The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.
Expected Minimum Pay Rate: USD $18.00/Hr. Expected Maximum Pay Rate: USD $20.00/Hr. Responsibilities:
A Combination Team Member must be physically present at his/her work site to perform all job tasks. This job classification includes a variety of job tasks that support the Production Bakers, Machine Operators, and Decorators. Job tasks may vary between the day and night shifts.
The day shift performs various assigned tasks to assist Bakers, Machine Operators, and Decorators as well as performing some clean up duties.
The night shift performs cleaning and sanitation of equipment, pans, and the production bakery facility. The night shift also assists in packaging of bakery products.
Combination Team Members may be required to perform additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and have the ability to receive direction and perform duties.
- Applicants must be flexible in changing work priorities and act in a responsive manner to requests.
- Applicants must be able to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously within established timelines.
- Applicants must have the ability to work with a team or independently in an accurate and timely manner.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screening test and passing a pre-employment physical ability test, consistent with the physical demands of the job.
Salary : $18 - $20
