🔬 What You’ll Do

• Perform and evaluate lab tests to help physicians diagnose and treat diseases
• Conduct chemical analyses of blood and other samples
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and ensure testing accuracy
• Monitor quality assurance and perform proficiency testing
• Prepare reagents, process specimens, and manage lab documentation
• Communicate test results and critical values promptly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related laboratory science or medical technology field
• ASCP Certification (required)
• At least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience (chemistry, hematology, and immunoassays)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

💡 Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with infectious disease testing or regulatory compliance
• A passion for efficiency and accuracy in every test you run

⚙️ Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fine motor skills and normal color perception
• Regular use of PPE and adherence to safety standards
