💉 What You’ll Do
- Prepare and sterilize scopes, rooms, and equipment before and after procedures
- Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopies, colonoscopies, and other GI procedures
- Ensure safety and accuracy by performing equipment checks and troubleshooting as needed
- Support patient intake, transport, and monitoring throughout procedures
- Collect and label specimens while maintaining sterile fields
- Keep accurate records and documentation in accordance with policy
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 1 year of medical office experience
- 2 years of endoscopy or surgical tech experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and confidentiality
💡 Bonus points if you have:
- An Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting or Surgical Technology
- Experience with EHR systems
💪 Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, and reaching for long periods
- Ability to safely support at least 75 lbs
- Visual acuity to monitor equipment and procedures
