About the Role:

Step into a role where every day feels like the heartbeat of the airport. As part of our team, you’ll serve as a “ground traffic controller,” guiding vehicles and pedestrians safely through busy roadways while helping maintain a secure and well-coordinated environment.

Beyond safety, you’ll be a trusted guide for travelers—offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring passengers and guests move through the airport with confidence and ease. Your presence helps turn what could be a stressful journey into a smooth and welcoming experience.

Compensation:

Maximum – Based on experience

About The Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable
• Professional communication and customer service
• Sound judgment and situational awareness
• Willingness and comfortability enforcing rules respectfully
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

What You’ll Do:

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around terminals
• Patrol terminals, parking areas, and airport perimeter
• Respond to alarms and unusual activity
• Support emergency responders (Police, Fire, EMS)
• Assist passengers with directions, parking, and general airport information
• Provide comfort and assistance to travelers in distress
• Enforce airport traffic and security rules
• Complete written reports and logs
• Performs additional related work as required.

What You Need:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent education

Experience:

Preferred:

• 1 year or more years of Security, or Traffic Control, or Customer Service-related experience

Licenses or Certifications:

Preferred:

• Current and active driver's license

Typical Work Schedule & Hours:

• Position operates 24/7 and includes rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-site response during emergencies or severe weather as an essential employee
• 6:00 AM - 6:PM
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
