Handyman Needed – Property Management
RAL Property Management is looking for a reliable Handyman to assist with maintenance and repairs at our residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Painting, drywall repair, and minor renovations
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants
- Ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and well maintained
Requirements:
- Prior handyman or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to handle basic plumbing, electrical, and repair work
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner
Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
