What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Administrator, Administrative Division position at RAL Landscape Inc?
R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide Landscape, Hardscape, Enhancement, Irrigation, Snow and Ice Management services throughout Western NY. The Branch Administrator position plays a vital role in managing processes and administrative aspects of branch operations. This position requires an organized, result driven, enthusiastic individual who wants to grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Branch Operations: Subject matter expert on industry specific software, reports, and complex spreadsheets. Manage multiple processes, such as creation and updates to work tickets, routes, notifications and communications with production staff, clients, and senior leaders. Maintains and produces field manager binders with site maps. Provides final review on weekly payroll to ensure daily clock is done, make corrections to direct and indirect labor coding, and obtain weekly acknowledgements from crew. Crew management related to updates and technical training. Assist with accurate invoices, as required.
- Corporate Operations: Provide updates to productivity and maintenance reports, job costing, client and sub-contractor agreements, trip, time and material counts, warranties, DEC reporting, and approve all opportunities for account managers/sales. Maintain contracts and track renewals. Manage all COI updates with renewals. Maintain Portfolio Org charts for both branches. Primary owner of company’s communication hub system. Assist with purchase orders as required.
- Sales Operations: verify all sales commissions and payout figures, track all renewals and report findings, develop weekly reports of maintenance metrics for senior leadership.
- Assist CEO, Corporate Business Manager, and Branch Operations Managers with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 2 to 5 years in a full spectrum administrative role (required)

Schedule, Travel, Working Conditions, and Location:
- Work is performed in an office environment.
- Limited Hybrid or Work from Home.
- Primary location is Hilton yard, with occasional day at Buffalo yard
- Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7a to 3:30p, overtime as assigned
