Department Overview Our in-house systems division builds and runs every system behind Rakuten Card for our rapidly growing membership base. Our scope spans credit card payment systems, receivables management, contact center systems, the Rakuten Card app, and the core systems that underpin credit card functionality. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and engaging from the very upstream phases, you’ll gain extensive exposure and experience as a project manager.
