Department Overview You will be responsible for the marketing of "Rakuten Mart," an online supermarket that handles fresh food and daily necessities. - Mission within the Business: By leveraging Rakuten's data sources, you will formulate mid-to-long-term marketing strategies and plan and execute short-term promotional measures to acquire and nurture customers. - Mart Planning & Marketing Section, Promotion Execution Group: I will leverage all marketing channels to develop and execute user acquisition and retention plans aimed at achieving sales targets, while ensuring the stable operation of marketing activities. Position Details You will be responsible for everything from new customer acquisition to existing customer nurturing, including data analysis (customer, product, UI, and other sales-related aspects), and will be responsible for one of the following: Main Responsibilities 1.New User Acquisition and Retention - Formulate new user acquisition plans and budgets. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns.(direct mail, digital advertising, posting ads, etc.) - Select and manage external/internal media.
