Goal setting: Setting target amounts for each advertising placement in line with the Mission 2. Grasping the current situation: Identifying projected final figures and the gap from targets 3. Factor analysis: Identifying the reasons for strong or poor performance and coordinating mainly with internal stakeholders 4.
