Position Details In this role, you will be responsible for everything from strategy formulation to project execution within the Auto Business Division. Upon joining the company, you will work as part of a team reporting directly to the Business Division Head and will be entrusted with leading projects to expand the Auto Business. Specific Responsibilities - Formulating business strategies and mid-term management plans - Cross-functional project management across the Auto Business Division - Driving the “Triple 20” project (20% improvement in marketing efficiency, 20% improvement in operational efficiency, and 20% improvement in client efficiency) utilizing AI Initially, you will work alongside the Business Unit Head to drive business growth through the use of AI - one of Rakuten’s Key Success Factors (KSFs) - as well as to advance the Auto Business Division’s medium- to long-term strategy. By leading projects while engaging sales, development, and marketing teams, you will gain valuable experience in driving business growth.
