Position: Why We Hire As a member of the newly reorganized organization that will make advertising the fourth pillar of Rakuten, he will serve as the right-hand man to the President of the Ad & Media Company. Position Details As a founding member of the new President's Office organization, you will be responsible for communicating with top management (the President and each business unit head), connecting upstream strategies with on-site business operations, and working at the core of business strategy, analyzing the current situation, identifying issues, formulating measures, and leading projects necessary to become the fourth pillar of our business.
