Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial and legal advice to internal teams (e.g., sales, client services, product, operations) on a variety of legal and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, confidentiality agreements, order forms, statements of work, RFPs, client contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor/supplier agreements.
- Conduct face-to-face negotiations with clients and partners.
- Advise on and draft privacy-related documentation, such as privacy policies, and data sharing agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Monitor and analyse existing and proposed legislation and regulations (e.g., in privacy, contract, and advertising law) to ensure business compliance and provide sound commercial advice.
- Develop and deliver training to business teams on contract and compliance matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and processes.
- Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities and proactively manage legal issues relevant to the industry.

- Strong working knowledge of contract/commercial law and privacy.
- Significant experience negotiating commercial contracts with customers and partners.
- Experience advising cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal colleagues and customers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to take ownership of matters and have a solution-focused approach.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage quick turnaround times.
- Sound and practical business judgment and ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- UK Qualified lawyer with 4 years of legal experience, including in-house experience
- Strong working knowledge of contract/commercial law and privacy.
