Windows Infrastructure Analyst

Philadelphia, PA

Long term

Experience with but not limited to the following technology:

Demonstrated experience supporting Windows POS devices

Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11

Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying Windows POS hardware

Familiarity with HP Engage Go, Ingenico or similar POS systems and peripherals

Manage and maintain POS hardware inventory and assets

Strong hardware and OS troubleshooting skills

Support device rollouts and refresh projects

Working knowledge of ITIL principles

Experience using ServiceNow

Excellent oral and written communication skills
