Discerning GCs, builders and millworkers reach for our support hardware for sturdy, easy-to-install counter, vanity and bench supports. Rakks is seeking a dynamic sales professional to help drive the growth of this iconic product line.
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team of Territory Managers. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the support hardware market by engaging with potential clients and promoting our high-quality architectural products.
Requirements
· Clearlycommunicate and freely collaborate amongst stakeholders.
· Educate and influence specifiers and drive support hardware sales.
· Gather, comprehend, and communicate builders’ and millworkers/ needs, and report this information to the Rakks team to help inform our sales strategy.
· Researcharchitects, contractors and builders to help Territory Managers build relationships with these companies and individuals.
· Solidify existing client relationships in order to maintain and expand our market presence.
· Present our products at relevant trade shows, CEUs and networking events.
· Develop and execute strategies weekly, monthly, and quarterly, to increase company revenue.
· Achieve or exceed revenue goals.
· Identify new projects, contacts, and outbound strategies that drive specification of our products.
· This is an in-person position, based at Rakks HQ in Westborough, MA. Some travel is required to visit leads and existing customers.
Experience & Qualities:
· Communicates in a clear and personable manner (written and verbal).
· Exhibits a high standard of ethics and values when relating with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
· Knowledge of/experience with our key customers and market: builders, architects, designers.
· Enjoys working creatively and consultatively with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
· Has experience growing revenue via new customer acquisition and fostering existing accounts.
· Has experience developing/implementing business metrics and customer-oriented sales strategy.
· Familiarity with tools such as Dodge and ARCAT a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
