Duties

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and bussing
• Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards and regulations
• Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a tidy environment for incoming guests
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Help with catering setup, breakdown, and service for special events or large groups
• Ensure all food industry safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper food storage and handling practices
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests
• Assist in training new team members on service standards and cleanliness procedures as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Experience with cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment
• Kitchen experience or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of the food industry’s safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties efficiently
