In this rewarding role, you will:
- Lead a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional, person-centered care for our residents in a warm and nurturing home setting.
- Develop and oversee care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet residents' individual needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, empowering staff to deliver excellent dementia care.
- Ensure a safe and secure living environment, upholding all regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with residents' families, keeping them informed and involved in their loved one's care.
- Participate in budget development and enjoy a flexible work schedule with on-call support shared amongst the team.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota with at least 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dementia or elderly care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of those with dementia.
- Experience with assisted living preferred. (LALD appreciated)
- Proficient in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
