Technical Writer – Wireless Networking Products

We are looking for a Technical Writer to craft exceptional user manuals, data sheets, and documentation for our cutting-edge communication technologies.
About the Role:
Join our small, collaborative team to build and improve Python-based data analysis and reporting tools that drive real-world results in industries like mining, military, and telecom. This is a hands-on mid-level developer position where you will work on high-impact data projects, learn new technologies, and directly support global customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Create user-friendly manuals, quick-start guides, and installation docs for Rajant hardware/software.
- Draft high-impact product data sheets in collaboration with Marketing that are technically sound and on-brand.
- Translate detailed technical info into readable, accessible documentation.
- Partner with developers and engineers to understand features, capabilities, and use cases.
- Help maintain consistent documentation quality, formatting, and voice across deliverables.
What You’ll Bring (Required):
- 3 years of experience writing technical documentation, preferably in telecom, networking, or industrial tech.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.
- A basic understanding of wireless networking or technical systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience creating marketing-aligned data sheets or visual product content.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/XML, or version control systems like Git.

Full-Time, annual salary with Full Benefits.
Location: Rajant Corporate Office in Malvern, PA. Remote option available.
