As we continue expanding our operations, we seek a talented and experienced Drywall Carpenter or FInisher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hanging Drywall and metal stud framing while meeting team production and quality goals.
- Collaborate with other tradesmen and construction team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet construction timelines and project goals.
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after jobs.
- Be willing to travel to various job sites around Upper Michigan as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drywaller within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction is a plus.
