What You'll Do

• Write and maintain a library of Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investor facilities on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with internal and external teams to promptly complete and return investor audit requests.
• Create dashboards and distribute operational metrics on a regular schedule to assist stakeholders in making data-driven decisions and assessments.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management Team to assess and mitigate operational risks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve current processes to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Investigate and process Incident Management Reports, ensuring all issues are documented and promptly resolved.
• Leverage industry tools, such as Salesforce.com, to maintain accurate and comprehensive records for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate professionally with team members to achieve the firm’s goals and objectives at the highest level.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Economics degree preferred)
• Must be located in the Greater New York Metropolitan area. 
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: a proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and perform due diligence in all interactions.
• Highly efficient at multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Quick learner with a strong willingness to go above and beyond.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Prior experience with Salesforce.com is a plus but not required.
